Nice lot, very large house that is a fixer-upper or tear-down in bad condition.  Deferred maintenance.  Derelict.  When visiting a home on the market for the first time, a conscientious real estate agent might be tempted to remove his/her shoes, or at least wipe them off before entering.  In this case, you might be well advised to wipe them off when exiting!  (Assuming you still want to go in after looking at the pictures.)
