All properties will be offered in individual parcels, and then through our Multi-Par bidding system.  With Multi-Par bidding, individuals, or groups of individuals, may group two or more parcels into combinations of their choosing, while successful bidders for individual parcels can always keep their winning position by raising their bid(s) to outbid those seeking to combine. Timed bidding during our Multi-Par bidding allows for ample time for consideration by all, and individual parcel purchasers that may seem to have been “outbid” for their individual parcels, may be brought back into a winning position at any time, even up to the final bid!  Because of that possibility, if you are the successful bidder on an individual parcel, we encourage you to remain at the Auction until the bidding has ended on all properties.
